We want you to love your Hammies gear, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags still attached to qualify for a refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at home.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Get Refunded
After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
